Our classes are intended for all and can be as gentle or intense as you choose. You are welcome to consult with our staff for the best class for you.

Sunset meditation is our gift to the community.

Minimum age requirement for classes is age 14, accompanied by an adult. Students age 16 may attend class unaccompanied by an adult.
